Resolutions are out! Habit change is in!
Big old hairy resolutions are not sustainable – especially if it’s ‘painful’.
That’s my theory after years of watching people turn up at the gym in January, full of determination to get fit and healthy in the shortest time possible.
Come February and they are nowhere to be seen!
They made the task too quick and therefore painful and didn’t create new long term healthy habits.
Habit change – small changes that seem insignificant, is where the power lies.
The compound effect of small habit change can revolutionise the trajectory of your health and happiness.
