Yep, I know, it’s a bit intimidating to try something new, especially when you feel your age or aren’t as fit as you used to be.

I’ve designed an online yoga course for beginners that will cover all the basic poses that are frequently used in my classes and in most other yoga classes you might go to.
I’ve made it easy to follow with no fancy jargon, and simple instructions, for you to do at home when it’s convenient for you. The pace of learning will be up to you and you will have continued access to the course after you have completed it.

This course is different from most online programs that just send you content and leave you to it, because I’m including some live sessions to answer your questions and help you integrate the information, so it won’t be something you buy and never use!
The online lessons are short and easy to fit into your schedule and with the added benefit of live sessions you know you will make progress.
