You could be at some point in a 10 – 15 year journey where it’s challenging you to remember who you are and what’s going on with your body and the way you think and feel about yourself and your life.
I’ve been there, from perimenopause in my forties to now, post-menopause facing my sixties.
Sometimes I wonder how I got to be here, because really I still feel ’30 something’. I bet you do too!
Most of the people I work with are women midlife and beyond, 40 plus in other words.
Midlife can creep up without you knowing until a nagging or niggly symptom turns up and has you wondering what’s going on.
What I want is to guard my future health and to feel fit and vibrant. I think that’s what you want too.
I don’t intend for my world to get smaller in older age and I know that takes some planning and forethought now.
