2020 – It’s been a strange year!
A year of rare and complex challenges that has left us all trying to figure it all out.
It’s brought our emotions to the surface – not just personally, but through out society world wide and left us wondering what the heck is going on?
Let’s end 2020 with a calm and positive outlook, recharging our body and mind and bringing ourselves back into alignment, physically and mentally with Restorative Yoga and Soul Soothing practices.
