Together we will explore gentle supportive asana, pranayama, Yoga Nidra – in fact, all the elements that benefit our mind, emotions, body and immune system.
We will gather in my ‘virtual studio’, and all you’ll need is your laptop or tablet, a comfy cushion and a blanket or two.
