When I fly I always book an aisle seat and always the same seat number:
30 C or 03 C
Not becuase I have OCD but so that I know where I am and I don’t have to think about it.
I know where I am and in which direction the exits are.
I decided that I didn’t want to worry about silly details and I know what to expect. I have clarity.
I’ve got the kind of nervous system that worries about little details because they distract me and I like to be prepared, or settled so that my nervous system can relax.
For me that is a feeling of being open and spacious. It’s a bit like taking off ones tight clothes and getting into your comfies.
How about you What is the base line state of your nervous system?
Close your eyes and feel into that for a moment.
If you want to be prepared, you need to practice.
The 7 P’s
