This is not a quick fix – do it and done – go back to old habits approach.

As a 28 day online program it will begin as soon as you pay, making it easy to fit into your timetable at a time that suits you.
Please note: The program starts as soon as you pay and the first 7 days are designed as planning and preparation days with the remaining 21 days being the days of the Cleanse.
So, as soon as you pay, you have 7 days of preparation before the first day of the cleanse proper.

How do I ‘cleanse’ ?
This cleanse will not be 28 days of deprivation – It’s a chance to come alive, for you and your taste buds!
It is plant-based, high in health-giving alkaline foods and intended to flood your body with nutrients.
I favour an approach that ADDS IN the good stuff, which also CROWDS OUT the ‘bad’ stuff.
(I have clients who have had amazingly good results with this approach.)
We will be ditching 5 things from your current diet for the duration of the cleanse.

If you feel reactive towards this idea and are already thinking “oh no!”, ” No way!”, “Well I can’t!”, then my friend – your body or your brain is chemically addicted to that ‘thing’.
Yes-siree-bob it is!
As a Yoga teacher I know that its core Yoga is about awareness. My approach to detoxing and changing your diet is the same.
It’s a bit like child rearing, you know… once a child learns a swear word, you can’t get them to un-learn it!
Same with what you eat. Once you know what is revitalising to you, it’s much easier to make better choices more often from there on in.
So back to the famous five… you get to choose at the end of 21 days how much you allow back in (for the last 7 days of the cleanse).
Like unruly house guests, they may not be welcome all that often!
So the nuts and bolts of this cleanse are as follows:
10-plus portions of vegetables and fruit per day – in that proportion, more vegetables than fruit.
- 2 litres of water per day – (More or less – there is a little calculation you can do to work it out.)
- Practices and ideas to up grade your daily habits and skills.
WHY I DO IT LIKE THIS…
There is much confusion out there about diets and health that it needs to be simple.
This plan is a foundational program from where you can progress to more in-depth concepts.
My philosophy on food and eating:
No dogma, no being a label or being on a diet;
Vegetarianism, vegan, raw, carnivore, omnivore, macrobiotic, any or all of that is only good if it is uniquely suitable for you (the Yoga and Ayurveda approach).

It’s the only way in the long run!
You eat meat, fish, vegetarian, whatever feels good to your – you are not dieting, this is a way of life:
NO FADS HERE
Start from where you are – if you rush the process it will become overwhelming and short-lived. Baby steps! – proven brain science.
You will be cleansing Holistically – not just with the food that you eat but also cleansing yourself from health confusion and from bad habits.
My principles and the truth I know after many years of dieting for either weight loss or for my health is:
1. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT ( I could stop here, this is all you really need to know)
2. High plant-based eating works for everyone. (vegetarian or non vegetarian you get to choose)
3. Eating is about more that just what goes into your mouth.
