Day Long  immersion into Yoga

Imagine a whole day to yourself . Does that sound good!

One that leaves you feeling calm, refreshed and renewed.

Spend a day with me learning – or remembering- the basic elements  of Yoga.

We will explore  various yoga postures that are the foundation for  developing a meaningful practice of your own as well as other techniques that enrich your understanding of this ancient, adaptive and powerful practice.

This will benefit you if you have wanted to try yoga before and never got around to it, or did Yoga in the past and want to get back into it!

Lunch and refreshments are included in the price.

Rapid  relief from Dis-com-bob-ulation

If you are feeling wound up and generally dis-con-bob-ulated these days –  not sleeping well, exhausted, experiencing mood swings, having negative mental chatter and not able to focus-  you may need a reliable technique to bring you back to your natural harmonious state of being.

This is a gentle but powerful class that focuses on deeply restorative yoga poses and calming techniques that can be practiced whenever needed.

Yoga at Your Desk

This is a great class for people bound to their desk for most of the day.

Sitting at a desk is not a natural state of being for humans – we should be moving!

Sitting for long periods builds up tension in the muscles and stagnation in the brain.

Learn some really quick techniques to use at work on a regular basis to prevent long term physical problems and help improve concentration, focus and productivity.
