Currently I teach 10 Yoga classes a week locally in Essex in the Tendring area and Frinton on Sea.
You can catch me at the new and fantastic contemporary wellness spa, The Lifehouse in Thorpe le soken, Essex .
If you are local to Frinton on sea or the Tendring area, you can catch me at other two venues;
Tuesday 9.30 am – Stagestruck Dance School, Greens Yard, St Marys Road, Frinton on Sea, Essex
Wednesday 6.15pm – Frinton First Aid Centre, Old Way, Frinton on Sea, Essex
